PDS IG Equipment introduces its temporary protective film application system for insulating and monolithic glass.  Modular system can operate as a stand-alone system or be integrated into an existing insulating glass line.  Easy operation of system automatically detects glass size and applies film with customer desired cutback, requiring no user intervention.  PDS offers system for high volume residential customers along with larger commercial size modules for architectural market.  Capable of applying film to over 1000 insulating glass units in a single shift. System works with multiple films and film widths.  An accompanying module to automatically score film for simulated divided lites can also be included.
